Maree is Director of Australian Financial Innovations Pty Ltd (AFI) has been a Mortgage Broker for over 4 years and has had over 25 years experience in the banking and finance industry. She holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) and Australian Credit License 382636.
Maree manages over 300 clients and has in excess of $130 million dollars of loans under management with 14 lenders. Two thirds of this business came from her various referral sources who continue to use her services for their client’s financial needs. She is a preferred referral partner due to the high level of service she provides to both her referrers and their clients. Her years of lending experience have given Maree a reputation as the “go to” girl when complex lending scenarios are presented.
Maree specialises in Residential Owner Occupied and Investment lending as well as Residential Development and Commercial lending. Her knowledge of the various bank’s credit policies and procedures ensures that she will choose the most appropriate lender that matches client needs.
Lisa Wight Dip. FMBM
Lisa has had extensive experience in the banking and finance industry having worked for major lenders both in Australia and overseas. Her career started in the United Kingdom and she then relocated to Sydney in 1995. During this time, Lisa worked in Commercial Finance, Leasing and Mobile Home Lending and also managed her own portfolio of high net worth individuals. She has received numerous Sales and Customer Service Awards for the outstanding service provided to her clients. She holds a Diploma of Financial Services Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) and Australian Credit License 387975.
Lisa strives to give her clients the best possible service, putting their minds at ease and helping them through the finance maze with minimal stress. Her relaxed personality makes clients feel at ease from the very beginning. She is in constant contact with her clients to ensure their needs are met on an ongoing basis.
Lisa now contracts to Australian Financial Innovations (AFI) having run her own Mortgage Broking business in the past.
